ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Pam Salter, a shy young girl, grew up in a dairying and farming community in Wooroolin where she developed an innate love of the land. Her childhood laid the groundwork for the unwavering determination that would impact Pam‘s future adventures.

She began a lifelong career at the Kingaroy General Hospital, that eventuated in her becoming a Registered Clinical Nurse. The later years saw Pam contributing to healthcare systems across Australia, lending her expertise to various departments in hospitals nationwide.

Caregiving, education, and health form Pam’s purpose, each nurtured by years of experience and dedication. A purpose that took her passion for health into retirement where she began sharing and promoting health technology through social media. She continues to raise awareness across the globe, learning skills that align with her theory that age is no barrier.

An avid reader since her twenties, Pam found solace and inspiration in the pages of diverse genres and with her love for words and story-telling she now adds author to her title.

Beyond the written word, she is a passionate advocate for travel, with a bucket list as expansive as the horizons she has already travelled.

In Pam‘s own words, “Life is a field of experiences, each square inch filled with lessons and love. As I journey through the chapters, my intention is to sow seeds of inspiration and leave footprints for generations to come.”

Her vision for the future exceeds boundaries with the desire to be an inspiration of health and vitality, illustrating that age is but a number in the pursuit of one’s passions.
